1. Services

MotoStop provides motorcycle maintenance, repair, diagnostics, accessory sales and motorcycle buying and selling services in Ajman, UAE.

2. Quotations and pricing

All prices shown on this website are indicative starting points in UAE Dirhams. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation approved by you before work begins. Additional faults discovered during work will be quoted separately.

3. Bookings

A booking request submitted online is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp. Please give at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule.

4. Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for 90 days from collection. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, racing, modification by third parties or normal wear.

5. Vehicle collection

Vehicles left more than 14 days after completion without contact may incur storage charges.

6. Accessories and sales

Accessories may be exchanged unused and in original packaging within 7 days. Helmets and other safety items cannot be returned once used. Pre-owned motorcycles are sold as inspected, with condition reports provided in writing.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman.
